Terms and Conditions:
- By checking the box below you agree to be the 'Point of Contact' (POC) for your agency and to be contacted by a representative of Southern Patrol Cyclist (herein known as SPC) for the purpose of scheduling a training course to be hosted by your agency.  You acknowledge that you are representing your employer and possess the authority to schedule training curriculum,  and can either provide monetary compensation or authorize payment from your employer to Group331,LLC dba Southern Patrol Cyclist.
- You agree that once a course is scheduled the date, times, location (to include the physical address of the intended training site) and agency name will be published on the SPC website. As the POC you will be responsible for notifying your SPC representative of any changes or amendments to the intended training. 
- You agree that payments in full will be made to Group331, LLC within fourteen (14) days of the start date of the training.
Cancellation Policy:
- SPC reserves the right to cancel any training course up to 48 hours before the intended course start date and time for any reason. In such instance where a scheduled course is cancelled by SPC, all deposits and/or payments will be refunded to the issuing parties within 5 business days. Cancellations by the hosting agency may be made up to fourteen (14) calendar days before the intended course start date and time. In the event that a course is cancelled by a hosting agency, all deposits and/or payments will be refunded to the issuing agency minus a processing fee as detailed in the course training contract within 5 to 7 business days. No refunds will be issued if the hosting agency cancels the event within 13 (thirteen) calendar days prior to a scheduled event.
